But I'll start with my first work out. 12-19 legs Squats 135*10 225*10 five sets minute and a half rest Vertical leg press machine [bottom half of squat] 160*15 five sets Seated leg curl 120*15 four sets Leg extension 90*15 two sets 90*12 two sets Also I'm running 725 test e a week and 200 primo a week and a little tne thrown in there for shits and giggles. Started a week and a half ago. |

The only supps I'm taking right now are
Creatine mono15-20 grams Nuero core 2 scoops before work out I need to add a weight gainer or protien powder but with Christmas my daughters bday and my girlfriends bday all with in 5 days I have NOO money after the first I'm buying one. |

I've been sick these last couple days my stomach in nots. I didn't eat yester day at all and have been peeing out of my ass! I'm trying to force feed myself today trying to get back to it. I probably will not hit the gym till tommorow.
So hopefully this goes away cause I hate feeling like this! |
Also I was a dy or two late on my injection. But this morn I did my usual 375mgs test e and 100mg primo with about 25mg test no ester.

Stomach is still on the fritz but ate two egg mcmuffins this morn and a bigmac and a 10 piece chicken nugget. Going to try and get down som broccoli and chicken for dinner.

I think that will give my elbos a chance to rest more. Or maybe I'll have to quit skull crushers which would be a shame cause I wanted to be able to do a plate on each side of the easy bar and I'm 5 lbs off right now. |

Alright weighed in last night at 181.6. I started out 179.2 and got sick dropped to 173.5. So over all I've gained 2 lbs so far.
