But I'll start with my first work out. 12-19 legs Squats 135*10 225*10 five sets minute and a half rest Vertical leg press machine [bottom half of squat] 160*15 five sets Seated leg curl 120*15 four sets Leg extension 90*15 two sets 90*12 two sets Also I'm running 725 test e a week and 200 primo a week and a little tne thrown in there for shits and giggles. Started a week and a half ago. |

6 eggs Three chicken thighs 1cup and a half brown rice Bacon ultimate cheese burger Spaghetti and meet balls 1.3 lbs ground beef and whole wheat pasta Tall beer Asahi Vanilla ice cream Man this diet shit is fun Side note mi thighs are not used to these 2.5 ml injections yet and are really sore daily. |

The test is starting to kick in for sure but my acne is getting worse on my back and I am not digging it. |
