6 eggs Three chicken thighs 1cup and a half brown rice Bacon ultimate cheese burger Spaghetti and meet balls 1.3 lbs ground beef and whole wheat pasta Tall beer Asahi Vanilla ice cream Man this diet shit is fun Side note mi thighs are not used to these 2.5 ml injections yet and are really sore daily.
