Congratrulations!
Thank you all for taking part and seeing it through to the end. All the journals where excellent which made it extremely difficult to choose a winner, After a lot of reading and pondering we finally came to a decision. All members that took part will receive a gift from one of our sponsors so can you all please pm admin with your postal details. The winner was chosen by taking all things in to account such as gains, physique change, how well documented the the journal was. As I said it was a very difficult decision but we have a winner.
