This was a personal best***** glute ham raise- 3 sets walking lunges 100# pre load across the gym and back standing leg curl single leg (stack) 2x second with negatives and partials standing calf raise (smith) 2 pps/ 3pps/ 4pps / 5 pps last set drop set 5/4 3/2/1 pps x f single leg calf raise standing- machine 2 sets x fatigue stretch -c video to come when I can limp to the phone |
