seems like my hips and hams are not quite recovering from Saturdays with going into deads on Mondays. May have to see @ a potential switch if the next few weeks doesn't bring any progress -c |
Im getting to the same point now. After this contest im going to take a week or two off. Or maybe inact an easier program during that time since I never make it through the brakes I plan:p
