Ant2369’s Summer Cut Contest Log
Hello this will be my journal for the summer cut contest.
Gym protocol will be 4-5x a week 90 min split between 20-30 min cardio with the remainder weight lifting. 2-3x a week 3 mile run/walk outdoors. Diet since I’m a “hard gainer” will be 3500Plus calories a day provided majorly by carbs and protein Gear 2 cc a week Kalpa Test Cyp 250 split over 5 days 1 50mg Dragon Avavar per day weeks 1-3 2 50mg Dragon Avavar split am/pm weeks 4-5 1 50mg Dragon Anavar per day weeks 6-8/9 May kickstart weeks 1-3 with 50mg Balkan Winny then add Anavar All gear from GBN store Body stats 38 years old 5’10 168-170lbs 17-19% BF GOAL I am/have recovered from surgery so while it’s a cutting contest my goal Is to gain as much lean muscle as possible. 9 day check In
I forgot to post two days ago as I was having a very busy weekend. This will be my one week one check-in
Weight 171.3lb Maintaining 4 day a week gym schedule Chest/Shoulders Back Legs Arms I’ve decided to put a stronger focus on my back during this time as I feel like that is where I’ve lost the most overall size and definition during my healing process and the quarantine. Diet has been on par minus yesterday where I had a cookout with my friends and there was a lot of eating and heavy drinking which I’m feeling today however I will not let it deter me from going to the gym later Gear has been going good still maintaining the 2 mL a week split into five days dose injections are be done sub q which is something I’ve been doing for quite a while and have been loving it |

Whelp this is attempt two my first post didn’t save
7/10 log I haven’t been logging as much as I wanted which I am attributing to recently losing my secondary cash job Covid related I am maintaining 4x a week at the gym adding additional cardio in then as I’ve found it difficult to get in all cardio days Diet has been on point and I’m sitting around 178 14-15%bf Thinking about adding an additional 20-30mg Anavar in a pm dose Gear is still 2cc a week of test 250 plus .5cc every other week test 200 from my dr as a trt plus the 50mg Anavar If I were to win I would use the funds towards additional test form my own trt and some hgh to help put on more size and hopefully help my energy levels |
