Those who go out on the weekends.....do you try to keep it healthy and stick to water / diet coke.....or let yourself have the night off?

Does beer contain female hormones? as after 4 pints i talk shit and cant drive

alcohol intially raises LH and then converts with an estro spike.....that's why drinkers are fatter and have bigger breasts (men and women).....

i drink a couple bud lights or jack and diet.....when on tren though i try to superhydrate the whole day of and the next day to get my kidneys working right
