How many times a week do you train?

Only train twice a week, as got a torn bicep so been unable to train upper half for over 5months now.
So twice a week doing legs both times. |
i go five times but never six, but sometimes four.

3 times per week for about 60 minutes.

I train for 5 or 6 days depending on how I feel, But I then take 3 or 4 days off and completely rest.

Cardio every single day ~30 mins. |
Usually 3 times a week (EOD) depending on the workload.
