I prefer late morning or lunch the best after i had a chance to get some proper food digested

for me its cardio in the morning and weights on a night

Mornings. I hate to have to fight for equipment during the peak time after work. If I go around 7-9 it's mostly geriatrics on the treadmills.

I do cardio morning and weights in evening and do it that cos it fits in with my life
