Depends on the definition. I usually work my main muscle groups Mon-Thursday, take Friday off then do nothing but low rep heavy compound excercises. A few setss of low rep bench, squat, deadlifts, rows, etc. I like to focus during the week on the 'bodybuilder' type workout and use Saturdaays to stroke the go so to speak.
