Yeah,My vote is surely with green tea.I am in a habit of drinking green tea twice in a day.Its health benefits are infinite and most of all the removal of caffeine makes it free from the side effects.

But there are many odd ones too in the market. Dunno how they happen to be in the stores with such worse taste but i have tried two or three and they were just not that good. From which company are you using ?

Yea what is the best green tea to get. There are so many out on the market im not sure but i bet some real and some fake.

I hear its great for you metabolism, antioxidants and also belly fat burner.

Head to any chinese herbalist shop, they have the real green tea, it looks like weed and you need a tea strainer type thing to infuse it.

Really nice though and is great on a morning when you feel rough
