Favorite pin spot?
What is your favorite pin spot and why?
I dont have favorite but depending on what I use I rotate spots like, triceps, back deltoids and glute which is mostly used :)
Left quad. For some reason my right quad sucks. I'm always hitting nerves.
Did one of my delts for the first time this week. That wasn't bad |
the last one. :D
Thighs, I like to see what I'm doing
I always hit my quads like Cornish said I like to see what I'm doing. It's a big and easy muscle, I never hit a nerve I guess I'm lucky.
glutes for me..
Her Pussy....oh wait you said pin spot.
I like hitting the shoulders
Long time ago I used shoulders, triceps, now only gluteus maximus :D
I've only done test E, and I've hit Glutes and Delts.
I like hitting Delts, much easier. However, I get PIP on Delts even with just test e. It feels like a three day charley horse. I have a good pain threshold, so I still hit Delts, but not right before shoulder day. I hit it on Sunday, train shoulders Thursday. If I didn't, I would have an uncomfortable workout. I did it last week, and it was painful, but I've been through worse. My first vile I didn't get any pip in Glutes. Second vile, I bruise and get pip. Like a little knit of swelling. But nothing major. |
glutes is my fave
but have used many other spots as i dont do them myself its prob easier all round |
Delts, because afterwards I don't feel any discomfort. Plus it is more accessible for me, and I feel less pip during injection.
ive tried just about everywhere. pec, delts, glute, quad, calf, tricep. i always get the easiest injection and least amount of pain in my quad

Glute is my fave also. Delt would be my second and the only other spot I've done is the quad. Quads killed me though, I must not have done it correctly because I had crazy soreness afterwards.
Quads for me, I like to be able to see what I'm doing!
Quads. With my dodgy eyesight I NEED to see what I'm doing. |
Triceps, usually the left. For whatever reasons, I feel less pain in the triceps than in the biceps or quads.
