I warm up with 50 reps of my first exercise - 2 sets of 20 and 1 set of 10

10-15 minutes on treadmill before I start working out. Health is more important!

Always light weight to practice my form. Then 15-20 warm down on tread meal. Target HR 117-127 cool down

Nope. Everytime I do it seems just about the time to lift some ahole jumps on the squat rack so he can do curls with the bar. If I see the piece of equipment I want to start with is open I jump on it and just warm up there.

Nope the only cardio I will do is sprints, nothing else is fun.

for me it depends how stiff i am after work. i get a good bit of cardio there so when i go to lift i usually do a couple sets of stairs and jumping jacks just to get the HR up and blood moving again for stretches.
