What do you thimk
Crunches: 2 x 30 reps, twice a week is all you need to build abs. The rest is by watching what you eat and taking fat burners like Clen and ECA if necessary.

I would agree with that... abbs are just another muscle.. light weights high reps... add in some hard heavy weights here and there
