Getting weight loss!
Good suggestion for exercise,
tell me which type of exercise is good for body fit like running , swimming.. |
Anything that gets your heart and lungs pumping and that you enjoy doing!
There is a school of thought that states that weight/fat loss benefits from weight training last longer than those from purely aerobic exercise. A good mixture is probably best and whatever you do, do it regularly ie do something daily. Hope that helps. If you want more specifics just ask. |
