Is fruit juice okay to drink?
No, juice will make you fat and should be avoided at all costs. Fruit juice is loaded with fructose. Fructose can only be broken down in the liver and the liver can only store a very small amount of glycogen.
The rest will be converted to body-fat. For this reason you should stay away from juice. The only thing you should drink is water, green tea and possibly some almond, rice or soy milk on occasion.
