January Posting Competition
Welcome to the new HyperMuscles Competition. This is a very simple competition and anyone can join in All you have to do is write new threads/posts. Over the next 30 days the threads and posts that you put up will be logged, At the end of the 30 day period they will be counted and the winner will be the member with the most new posts. The competition will run from: 27 January 2012 to 26 February 2012 The Rules: The things you post must be informative, serious questions or general write ups about training, gear, diet etc. Welcoming new members will not count towards your total. hey, you need to post your info in the usual sections for this comp, so this needs to be in the journals bro, also if you look at the rules im not sure that a log counts towards the comp??!!!
