Put on as much bulk as you can in 10 weeks!

You will need to keep a full journal which will include your training, diet, supplements used, gear used and photo's of before, during and after.
Please make this journal as detailed as possible.

This competition will start on Saturday the 26th of May 2012 and will end at mid-day on Sunday the 29th of July 2012.

The winner will be the member that has put on the most muscle bulk.
