Default Wrist Pain. Help

Anyone have any tips for wrist pain. I get it during bicep days. They also click sound all the time when i move my wrist.

I try heating pad every night. Cold and Hot never works, feels nice but just hurts the next time i go back to lifting. Also have used wraps on my wrist and same as the heating results.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Would HgH repair it?

I have the same issue. I have to modify many movements. Mine is the wrist the elbow and shoulder all on the same arm.
It doesn't bother me once I get a really good pump.
I would like to try HGH to see if it would repair the tendons that are grinding.

maybe should try using things like ez bar or switching to hammer curls
for short time till it heals or do week or 2 rest
i always think if i have pain in area i rest it
better to live to lift another day rather than cause more pain and have longer off

If i stop lifting it would just stop my body from gains and maintaining what i have, i worked to hard to lose it like that. I just pretty much deal with it, "No Pain No Gain" right haha.

I try using different bars, and dumbells. Switched to machines. I take 2 weeks off a few times a year. None of that helps keep it away. If i have soreness in my muscles i rest it, but that is rare.

Thanks for the replys bros, hopefully somone has some trick.
