Default Stretching?

I have read a couple studies on the benefits of not static stretching before exercise. One of these studies was done on athletes who would stretch before running, jumping, and lifting. It found that they lost power if doing static stretching before those activities.

I do not stretcht before working out but regularly warm up before lifting. This includes doing the lifting motions several times with out weight and light weight.

What is your warm up routine?
