Keep positive
I have a few friends that workout/exercise and there always complaining "Im working so hard but see nothing".... I keep telling them, stop weighing yourself everyday, its not gonna happen in two weeks, and stop eating taco bell after you just did your routine !!
I see result in me...I eat healthy yet a lot, and i work as hard as my body lets me for the day. I dont expect to get huge over night..my goal is to get huge !!
