Stop wanting that body you see in magazines or on the telly and want your own body to look great in general.

Ladies...you are not as fat as you feel on your down days, just keep training and eating healthy and your body will change, some people take longer than others.

Guys who want to have huge arms...you can only work with what cards you have been dealt. If you have a small bicep head you will have a beautiful peak and a naturally toned looking arm, guys with longer bicep heads have a fuller looking arm which looks great but tend to stuggle with the peak.

Basically what I'm trying to say is we are all unique in our own ways. You should be happy with the fact you can even walk or talk.

Life is a long road... enjoy it and take in some scenery along the way.

Respect others how you expect to be respected

Agree so much with this. Everyone i no wants to look like John Cena, Arnold, David Gandy. It is always a celeb and never them selfs.

yes most deffinlty.. the problem i see lot today is tht peeps want all this stuff but it stops when the thought switches to something else.. they never really make a courage decision to make there dreams become a reality.. and follow through with it..
