good and bad days
On good days, I workout. On bad days, I workout HARDER. Stop making excuses. Nothing is stopping you from running outdoors and choosing the right healthy foods to eat over those sweets and chocolate.If you ever think it's much, that's a sign showing you that you don't want it bad enough.
