Default Burrito bowl

3/4cup cooked Brown rice
1/2 cup strained/rinsed canned pinto beans
1/2 a chicken breast
Optional
Salsa
Tapatio
Feta cheese
Basically any thing else you might put in a burrito.

Pretty simple recipe. It is not a very large portion as I eat six times a day. You can adjust according to your needs but it's simple and packs to work. Also I switch off between steak, ground beef and ground turkey. Packs close to 50 grams protein and good carbs too.
