Warm up - Leg press 3 x 15, 3 and 2

Leg Press: 4 x 12, 10, 8 and 6

Leg Extension: 4 x 12, 12, 10 and 8

Leg Curl: 4 x 10, 10, 8 and 6

Calf Press: 4 x 12
