Leg extensions: 2 x 15 - 20 (yes again for the pump)
Leg curls: 3 x 12, 10 and 8
SLDL: 2 x 12 and 10
Good Mornings: 1 x 12 (for the stretch)
Leg curls: 3 x 12 (for the pump)
