No probs, At the moment a typical day goes as follows:
05:30 - Protein shake
06:30 - Gym
Protein shake straight after training
08:30 to 09:00 - 6 egg whites, 2 yolks, 2 slices wholewheat toast and oats
11:30 - Chicken breast with rice and veggies
14:00 - Protein shake
17:00 - Turkey steak with baked potato and veggies
20:00 - Tuna or turkey steak with salad or veggies
Before bed - Casein protein shake mixed with 2 spoons of peanut butter
I also add protein bars or yogurt mixed with fresh fruit sometimes depending on how I feel.
I'm not always strict with my diet and I do have 1 cheat day each week.
