Protein shake as soon as I wake up, I train at 6.30am so another protein shake immediately after training then breakfast about an hour to an hour and a half later I have breakfast which is generally:
6 egg whites(Scrambled or omelete)
2 yolks
2 peices of wholemeal toast
A bowl of porridge oats
Glass of juice or milk.
