Pec Deck: 4 x 12 - 6
Cable crossovers:(reversed so going from down to up crossing just below chest) 3 x 12 - 8 then finishing with a drop set
Cable crossovers:(normal) 3 x 12 -6 and fininshing with a drop set
Flat bench press: 2 x 10 - 6
Thought I'd try this to see what it was like!, Have to say the pump was awsome!
