Week 5:
The cycle is going very well. Noticeable strength increases at the gym. I move more weight now than I have in quite some time. Recovery time has been great.
Still only the one episode with sides so far, otherwise, no sides at all.
When I started I weighed 245. I am now 221. Looking much leaner and muscular than I was a few months ago.
I am a size 36 waist now. When I started I was 38/40.
I dont really measure body parts too much as I dont like to get caught up in the minute details. Lets face it, I am not training for the Olympia anytime soon.
I still havent started Primo yet, but hope to have some soon and I will start it right away once I have it.
