I tried it for two months. I logged in a notebook every training session I did. I have to say that I increased my strength every single week. It was amazing. Never had strength increases like that before other than years ago when I was cycling. Do the notebook thing and log the training. Sit down after a month or so and take a look at the notes. It helped me a great deal. I am 45 years old. The size increase was not bad either. I pounded protein and ate six meals a day. That helped. I might add that on may last set of five I did a drop set on all my body parts. I kept the big muscle groups between 10-12 sets and the small ones to about 6-7 sets.
