Week 2:
Lost 3 more lbs this week.
Not bad, but hoped for more.
I am training three times per week at great intensity with cardio every day. Up to 3 miles per day on the treadmill.
Strength is getting noticeably better during workouts.
Size is getting more noticeable as time goes on. Slow increments, but its there. Slightly more definition in the shoulders and chest now.
No sides to speak of from the gear.
I have started HCG now as I was a bit paranoid reading the deca side effects stories, lol.
I will start Primo soon and Im looking forward to getting it going.
But for now, test and deca with the winny is doing its job.
