i really have to get back in to updating this log daily lol
train chest and back so far this week sets were good new training partner is really motivated and knowledgeable which helps for sure
did a crazy 10x10 set for calves and i'm crippled lol
and did a abs day on Wednesday and 30 mins Cardio which felt really solid
Tomorrow will be shoulders and Cardio assuming i can run lol i can barley walk today haha
