Wow, what a summer it has been lots of BS and lots of good too time to get back to my log.
I have been training all summer at least 3 times a week still trying to super set some body parts, growth has been good and i have been working on getting 3 cardio actives in a week
i'm in week 3 of PCT and feel great , although i have been bridging with whinny this whole time just no injects but im off all compounds as on Monday past.
im headed to the gym today to train legs and weigh in
