just checkin my diet is in line with my goals....
meal one; 2 eggs with spinach and mushroom
snack 1; yougurt 175g low fat
lunch;100g chicken&pasta or salad&ham sandwhich
snack 2; i piece fruit or carrot sticks
dinner: 100g meat with veggies.
i train 3 days a week- 30 mins cardio per day and 10 mins of weighs per day.
i have already lost 8kgs and want to loose another 5kgs...
