Warm up - 3 x 20 reps
Chest press - 4 x 12
Seated rows - 3 x 10
Shoulder press - 3 x 12
Close grip lat pulldown - 3 x 10
Hammer curls - 3 x 8 to 12
Triceps extension - 3 x 12
Crunches - 3 x to max
Plank - 2 x as long as possible
Will be starting Test, Deca and Dbol from tomorrow.
