Lower body

Warm up - 3 x 20 reps

Leg extensions - 3 x 15

Leg curls - 3 x 12

Squats - 3 x 20

Calf raises 3 x 15

Had been suffering from a recurring knee injury so taking fairly easy on legs at the moment
