Still doing the iso and var. Hit legs pretty hard today considering I feel like I never work them. I planned on doing shoulders too but my endurance sucks! My diet hasn't been great and I'm trying my best to do all I can but as of right now I'm up five pounds and you can actually see my abs. Nice change of pace.
Def need to kick cardio back on though I'm gassing out during workouts from no endurance
