Wish I could express the same sentiments as most on here. Placed an order on May 7th and was encouraged to post "thanks" for a 20% discount. Decided to wait until shipment arrived. Glad I did!
Two packages sent...one lost...one, containing one item, received yesterday July 9th. Received numerous emails saying my "ticket was updated," but never saw an update. Received notice I would be compensated for the inconvenience with 2 bottles of TE...sounded more than generous.
Latest update? 2 bottles of TE shipped...nothing else...no reshipment mentioned, and anticipated arrival is end of July.
Starting to feel like i just paid a couple hundred per bottle of TE...certainly more than i can afford...and a 3 month delivery time is pretty far off from "good customer service."
Thanks for that "discount."
