Bar x 10, 135 x 5, 165 x 5, 205 x 4, 230 x 3, Top set: 265 x 2 (damn foot cramped up so had to rack, rested a couple min and did 4 more reps.
Lunges 3 x 10 w/25s, 30s, 35s
Deadlift pump 3 x 8 w/135, 155, 185
Calf raises 4 x 20-25
I'll be doing Legs, Push, Pull, Mon-Wed-Fri as I just started a new job and want to manage my fatigue and mental focus.
