9 day check In
I forgot to post two days ago as I was having a very busy weekend. This will be my one week one check-in

I’ve decided to put a stronger focus on my back during this time as I feel like that is where I’ve lost the most overall size and definition during my healing process and the quarantine.
Diet has been on par minus yesterday where I had a cookout with my friends and there was a lot of eating and heavy drinking which I’m feeling today however I will not let it deter me from going to the gym later
Gear has been going good still maintaining the 2 mL a week split into five days dose injections are be done sub q which is something I’ve been doing for quite a while and have been loving it
