Alright dudes...Legs and Upperback. I feel stronger from increasing the testosterone, weights were just feeling lighter! I realize that lower test cycles simply don't work as well for me.

Squats
Bar x 10, 135 x 5, 205 x 5, 245 x 5, 245 x 5


Bent over barbell rows
Bar x 12, 135 x 8, 185 x 8, 195 x 10


Barbell Curls
65 x 10, 95 x 8...Hammer curls 35 x 15


Calf Raises
3 x 20 full stretch, controlled reps


Chin ups
2 x 8
