So i got back in the gym.today after a week of feeling like death. I lost about 5 lbs and felt fatigued but i gave it all i had anyway. I didn't have my log but it wasn't worth logging anyway. I hate this happened at tge end of the cycle but it is what it is now.
I did a litlle chest today. Only 3 sets of each
