Well i got back in the gym today after a week out. I hate that my life is so crazy right now. I've got 2 bottles left then I'll show final pics and stats.
I did legs today but forfot my log. I did 4 sets of everything.

Short of life throwing curve balls this is the best recomp cycle I've ever done. Kalpa gear is fire!!!
