New here. Been on trt for about a year now. Learned a lot and still learning. Looks like there is a lot of good information here! I'm 36 6'0" 191lbs. Don't have an extensive background in lifting but used the hell out of my bowflex 😂
Recently hooked up with a trainer and hes put me on a good meal plan (I just couldn't figure it out on my own, having it on paper helps) and workout. Looking to change my life for good!
