So I've been goin through alot of family stuff for a few days. I missed a couple pins and haven't been workin out but jumped back in today and did chest.

Bb incline
135 x 12
185 x 10
205 x 6

Bb flat
135 x 15
225 x 5

Pec deck flies
190 x 14
205 x 13
220 x 10
235 x 10

Flat bench into push ups for burnout
135 x 15 reps followed by 8 push ups

I pushed as hard as possible but i was exhausted today.
