I weighed 187 this morning fasted fresh out of bed. I would normally be upset but I'm harder and leaner than I've been in many moons.
This is my first primo run and it's the bread and butter of recomp. I've rounded off around my shoulders alot and my gf keeps on saying i look huge when i was staying around 200 for months but wasn't as lean
