Did chest and tris today. Forgot my log again but remember the workouts

All were 4 sets or until failure
Bb flat bench
Bb incline bench
Db flies
Db incline flies

Tris
Cable rope pushdowns
Cable kickbacks
Close grip bb bench
Skull crushers

So far I'm loving the primo. Slow quality gains, increased appetite, NO SIDES lol. So far very impressed
