Did legs today. I did
Squats
135 x 15
225 x 10
315 x 6

Lunges
30 x 16(steps)
35 x 14
40 x 14

Iso leg ext
70 x 10
85 x 10
100 x 8

8 sets of calf raises

My legs are weaker then I'd like but i have no bone in my right ankle just metal so i do as much as i can
